Your post (and point) has absolutely nothing to do with the platforms and order routing that Ameritrade currently offers.

While not a "perfect" broker, they do certainly offer a lot of value in my opinion given what they offer. Thus, I take exception to the "bashing" (first ET post) of the OP.
