He also may have meant like General K Haggerty, who invested much time on Fidelity trading desk/elephant herds+ said ''you dont go around in shorts in a bull market''LOL. SPY, QQQ is in an uPtrending bull-market ; but GE is in a bear market, 1 year ,3 years, 5 years+/. NOt a prediction ; 5 years+/ means 5 years more or less

if a broker's systems go down they are unable to answer a flood of incoming calls. what difference does it make.
if you have SIPIC issues on your mind you have too much in the market.
Do other firms offer this option?
