If you have some programming skill you can use the WL page for free. Program your patterns and scan for them for the new signals.

TC2000 doesn't offer much in the way of pattern recognition (unless you can create such a scan using its relatively simple language). There is an add-on for TC2000 that has some chart pattern abilities called "TCScan +" (http://www.tcscanplus.com). Haven't used it myself though.
