Tax avoidance is a fine art, appreciated even by IRS examiners.

When your tax planning relies on secrecy, it is probably a bad idea. The strategies (business structures, etc.) should be sound, so that they would stand up to scrutiny. You obviously don't make them public, but if they fall apart if the IRS looks at them ...

To the OP: the solution is simple, just increase your profit return by 22% than you can keep the same amount than before AND still pay taxes!
