Regarding the letter, I was referring to the silly letter that many people got signed by Trump as if he personally was sending out checks. But not everyone got one of those payments. If I called you naive, I don't think I did , did I. If I did, in your case it would been a mistake. I don't regard you as naive. I do some people her, but not you. You are sharper than some here. We just disagree on much. You know, as do I, that we can't count on anything that Trump says as being correct. We always have to verify from a reliable independent source. The article GWB posted re Trump's donations of his salary had a a note attached explaining that it was only quoting announcements from the White House, and that none of those so-called donations had been verified. Furthermore they are not possible without Congressional approval. There hasn't been any approval, i.e., there hasn't actually been any such donations! Typical Trump nonsense, in other words. Just another one of endless Trump stunts to make you think something is true that isn't. GWB, another poster that is not naive, must have missed the note, as apparently did you. Easy enough to do!
