P.S. By placing the order all it meant was the order was live and not rejected. I could place an order to go short for 100 shares and see if it gets taken but I would need copmensation for this dangerous experiment.
Right, gotcha. But the short in TASR shares simply accomplishes the arbitrage, which is trading at $1.50(before carry) $1.20 or so discounted for carry.
The edge is robust and a certainty... I don't know how long it will last, but I guarantee that I'll trade flat if I can.

You know I think all these people out there that say they have short stock probably have a few hundred shares. I don't think there is any size out there. Probably a few hundred shares here and there.

I would venture to say that your 100% correct on that one Maverick. When I put the order in like I said it went live but I put it way out of the market. Howver that was the first time the order was not rejected from Terra Nova Online. Either way I seriously doubt that any real size is going to be able to short this stock without a ton of trouble or luck from the market gods. There simply are just not any substantial shares to borrow. I have 3 other brokers I use and at those other 3 I cant even place a live order to short TASR. So that really says it all.
