As I said, you calculate the differences and add them up. If the price is at 23 and the 17 is at 20, that's 15%. If the 50 is at 15, that's around 50%. If the 200 is at 12, that's around 100%. Total, 165. It's nothing complicated; just a measure of over-extension.
