Quote from CalTrader:
It certainly shows which of you guys are rookies ... If you actually were trading you would have jumped on tasr and made a few bucks regardless of any other considerations.
Oh well ... I'm sure you didn't need the extra money anyway .....
Off to a well deserved evening out ...
Good luck with your trading tomorrow .....
Man, I laughed so hard after reading this that I fell of my chair and hit my head so hard on the floor and just got back from the hospital. LOL.
Hey, btw, James Stock just called. He told me to tell you to meet him at the Derby on Los Feliz Blvd so you too can meet up and see who made more money today. You on TASR and he on the short S&P calls. He said it should be close but he thinks he got you beat.
I didn't trade TASR because I was too busy short 1,000 NQ's and then I was short 50,000 shares of IMCL for that quick 10 pt drop then I covered and got long 50,000 shares on that 14 pt runnup. I was up about $780,000 at one point but then got sloppy and gave back about $400 to only finish up $779,600. I was pissed, but oh well, still a decent day overall.
So all you youngsters out there that want to learn how to trade, learn from the Mav man, don't get too greedy when your trading and give back any of your profits at the end of the day. I hope this lesson was instructional for you, I know it was for me.
Wait, hold on, James just called me again, he wants to know why your not at the Derby yet CalTrader. He said he is stacking his profits from today in stacks of $10,000. This should be interesting. You better get over there quick!
