I had no idea either TASC or eSignal still existed.
Esignal Software bad customer support
No idea. But I knew something fishy happened in Esignal yesterday.
Some angry/careless/frustrated staff?
What happened if you can share ?
Damn bloody Esignal!!!
For the past few hours, the technical staff kept on fixing the whatever-charting-software problem.
Hence the chart would go blank and back, blank and back, blank and back,
blank and back, blank and back, blank and back.
This is the 2nd day of the Esignal problem, and it happens during the mid-European session.
It will probably happen again tomorrow.
