I don't know that he helps his fellow man, I can tell you for a fact that I didn't like his room.
That said I don't like the Questions For Woodie Yahoo group. It's pointless to put up there because you know he's not going to answer them, and if you don't like a room full of people acting like sycophants, putting up pictures of their dog over your charts and a huge slant towards e-signal, then you can leave. I didn't, so I left.
I see no point in asking those questions that are already pretty obvious.
I think there should be an alternative though, so I set up a PalTalk room for that. You can find our website at http://www.teddyscciroom.com if you are interested. The first day was yesterday and everyone had a pretty good time (even Woodie stopped in, or at least someone claiming to be Woodie.) I have no big axe to grind, and I like pieces of the Woodie's CCI method of trading.
I don't like the gimmicks (sidewinder, CCI/FIB [which is just a 38% deviation band around a 14 SMA]) ... etc. I think that you can take parts of what the guy teaches though and have a pretty good trading plan.
Good trading, I won't hype my room again!

Personally I think you should just stop all the stupidity and rejoin woodies room.
You WHERE a great asset but you too seem to be missing the BIGGER picture.
Nothing you do will ever match woodie because what he does comes from his heart and out of love.
Everything the rest of you do is out of spite and bitterness and will fail.

Without going over the top: your points say more about you than about me or Teddy or Tampa. I have been invited to Teddy's room and will probably pop along during HSI hours (for those who have asked "where I am") although I find that trading the HSI and posting/paying attention in a chat room are mutually exclusive.
Apologies to Magna for continuing this. I don't think Tampa is going to post here again (shame). Actually his journal is a good argument for the ability to set up a "author writes only thread" with a parallel comments thread. That would have made a certain currency god's thread more "useful" as well.
It would let us have blogs/commentaries on ET as well. Perhaps?
