Mark these newbie posters are just getting ridicules again and there is no sense in trying to reason with them!
They are in here for one reason ONLY and that is to cause trouble and destroy the forum.
Baron started to police them but it seems ET is going to have to learn the hard way and lose all it's VALUABLE members again.
At least woodie controls losers like this and boots them out!
I for one am giving up posting any further till the forum gets cleaned up and regulated better.

While I believe he has the right to discuss and air his concerns, I feel that it's very insensitive to write a so called "open letter to woodie", with a contentious tone no less, while the man is in mourning. And by the way, Woodie's not alone in mourning Famir. Several people in Woodie's chat room were very close to Famir.
tampa gives a lot of lip service to the spirit of Christmas. I'm asking that he observe this spirit. Actually, I apologize for my knee jerk scorn reaction, it was uncharitable as well. But tampa, there's some serious mourning going on. It's Christmas too. Whatever you think of these people, can you please back off for a bit? For just this time it's like salt in an open wound.
By the way, I don't "reside" in Woodie's room. I'm a mod in a different chat room, and a trader as well. I do have respect for Woodie's room though, and I visit as often as I can. This forum turned me on to Woodie's in the first place, well over a year ago. With Woodie's help, Gio's, other people in his room, my trading has indeed become a profitable venture.
I still rely on much of what I've learned from Woodie, Gio and the other mods in the room, as well as many of the members. I'm glad to refer people to his room; happy that it's there as a resource to new traders particularly. I've also met Woodie, and if anyone wants my impressions about that they are welcome to be in touch with me. It will have to be sufficient here for me to say that he's very genuine. There's no sense of calculation or profit seeking on his part.
I include information here on my connection, and current lack of connection, with Woodie's room, since I wanted to make it clear that I'm not sticking up for some sort of imagined "moderator's cadre". Each mod in Woodie's has their own style and approach. There will always be people in attendance who have something to gain from each mod, from their relationship with Woodie, and with their fellow room attendees.
I've gained much from the room. So have many others. tampa, I really feel that if it's not for you, then just don't show up in the room. It's ridiculous for you to ask that they provide you with the same level of training and information, but only on your terms. Why don't you learn a method well enough to offer your own chat room? Then you can set the rules.
But just for now, I'm asking you to back off for a bit. I don't work closely with these people, but they are my friends. And they are hurting right now. Must you make it worse?

Last time I checked he was far more succesfull than that you were and he is definitely not a loser!
And it has been said multiple times before: If someone has found the "holy grail" why would they sell it? Even more so: Why would they give it away? Why change the setups all the time?

Let me see if I understand where you are coming from - I should lay off because the gang over at Woodies is in mourning, right?
The loss of a good and dear friend hurts - but not enough to stop trading, not enough to close the room for a day, or even an hour. Frankly, I don't fault them - life does and must go on. I just find it curious as to why I, and I alone should pay respect.
Is that an attempt at sarcasm tampa? Are you saying the room was active yesterday and should not have been? There was no moderating of charts in the room, the entire day was dedicated to memories of the departed.
Woodie and the mods have the right to do this whenever they see fit. And I've never seen it happen before, but this event was a shock to us all.

I am also surprised to hear you wish for the financial ruin of me and my family in this time of mourning, and at the celebration of the Savior's birth to boot.
