I have already clearly posted my opinion on this Afghanistan withdrawal situation -- Biden owns it and needs to step up & accept responsibility for it. It is a complete fiasco in many ways.
Whatever Tony Blair thinks of Biden is irrelevant to the situation. At this point it is no different than what some C list actor thinks of Biden.
