Where does it say the military's disagreed with anything?
How does that square with Milley's flat out statement that they had no intelligence saying that the country could fall as rapidly as it happened? Meanwhile, they have people closer to the ground begging them to get a clue. Oh I see, it is not intelligence until they choose to acknowledge it.

The military's standard procedure and something they are proud of is to say that they "plan for everything." That was replaced with, oh yeh we heard about some things that could happen but we did not have any guarantees or think that it would so we did not plan for it." womp.
