Taking market winnings and going to Oahu - any recommendations places to eat/stuff to do?

We are leaving tomorrow morning, coming back early Tuesday. So only 3 full days. We are staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Since we are only going to be there 3 days this time we figured we would not rent a car. But still want to go do some things via Uber or Lyft or Taxi or whatever.

Does anyone have any recommendations as to things to do, places to eat, or even bars to hit up?

I'm all ears!
