dude I get the shivers just reading about your trading.

Im not sure how you can manage to trade such volitile strategies.. but it works for you so good job :)

Just becareful and congrats on the success this week!

You went from $125K to $95K to $155K in a matter of four days? I don't think you are in control of your trading at all. It's great you made it out positive for the week, but you really want be on the verge of losing 30% of your account in a week? or worse?

I know you won't listen anyway so what the hell. One of these days, things will go really against you and you won't have much of an account left.

Why are you risking so much and gambling so much??????????????????????????????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm with this guy. We as traders fill our glasses with drops not splashes.

Thanks for your concern. I am constantly working on my risk parameters. My aim is to take risk proportional to expected returns, but such that my expected drawdown is within my tolerance limit. When starting this year's thread, I mentioned I am ready to take a drawdown of 40% in the pursuit of the target. I haven't suffered that yet. Great returns come with great risks (I have illustrated scenarios in my prior year's thread). I do not (or rather should not) take foolish risks uncorrelated with expected returns. Having said that, and like I mentioned in the post, my exposure seems a little above what I expected, and will work on the rules to adjust, but no it is not a gamble!

do you only trade current month on Options?

Mostly. Sometimes following month if current too close to expiration.
