Take down confederate flag, and change street names in public places?

LOL you're comparing segregation and oppressive laws that caused hardship with an immovable object that was acceptable but suddenly isn't...
Slavery and then segregation were acceptable until they "suddenly" weren't. Why should symbols that reflected such values be any different. It's just a time lag.

and usually that is exactly the line he uses to attempt to make others mouth dead. Did he steal that line from you?

Tsing is all about freedom of expression, provided it either concurs with his own views or that no one does anything about it.

For example, I don't recall him ever once criticizing either Tgregg or Clubber Lang when they waxed poetic on the virtues of segregation. He just sat back, marveling at their glorious freedoms...

Possibly because the symbol didn't represent those values until recently.

It's good that you edited out the other line, I'll assume you didn't want to go there (again). Thanks for catching it, though, volly.
Actually, it always did. Some people just didn't pay attention. And now more people are. And you don't like it...for some reason...

What other line?

I deleted my commentary. You got me, I have to admit. You got me to engage with you again. I should have known you'd just go down the same path.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me 100 times, damn you're good.
