Interestingly, i lived in the Canadian capital for 4 years. I never saw one thug-- black or white. Or ever felt uncomfortable walking the streets at any hour of the day or night.

Saw Massive numbers of peaceful homeless, infirmed, and crippled on hoverrounds however.

Very strange place.
