Taiwan must label its products as "Made in Taiwan, China"

You and your couple friends would pay an extra $200 for a made in USA iphone, right before it goes out of business.
Rolex watches and Louis Vuitton bags aren't made in the US either btw...
Motorola manufactured its Dynatac, Microtac, and Startac in the Libertyville plant near Chicago during the 80s and 90s.

Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo etc all use Android OS but Huawei handset don't have access to Googleplay store outside China due the US ban. Xiaomi, Oppo handset can access Googleplay store outside China. In China, there is no Googleplay store but they have their own app store. If you are referring to Google handset, it's not in the Chinese market. China insist all servers are within their firewall.

So is the Android operating system licensed to these mainland Chinese companies to use? I am surprised to know that. I thought all Google products are banned in mainland China but they actually allow the Android operating system to be used in their cellphones, one of the most widely used products in mainland China? LOL

China has the right to require whatever label enters their country. Apple and many other have the right to disagree, pack up and leave the country. Simple.

So just for soothing the CCP's ego, the label will say "Taiwan, China" when it's sold to mainland China? LOL Cuz the CCP has no right to dictate how the product label appears in other countries. LOL

As a matter of fact, the whole world should visit Taiwan more often to make China get used to other countries visiting its "sovereign" territory.

Isn't that what I wrote?

Interesting to read this from New Yorker

"I don’t think the Pelosi visit, all of this brouhaha, is about Taiwan at all. It’s about American politicians thinking that this is the moment to poke Beijing or to stand up to Beijing or to prove how macho they are relative to Beijing. And, if Taiwan gets caught in the middle, well . . . ♦"

Yeah the NewYorker is surprisingly pro-China this time. Maybe its head editor is banging somebody Chinese I dunno. LOL

Production has very little to do with it. But 280 million iPhone users in China do.
