really? You have time to trade while running your journal? (Speaking of which, I think a more appropriate name for it would be the "Contra Nightly Business Report". ) As for my trading, I was sleeping last night so I'm not sure what you are referring to. I will take the "trading like a little girl" comment as a compliment since that may be my biggest edge (Who knows). Also, if you're going to post trades, I would appreciate it if a chart were attached with the orders. (If there's no proof, it doesn't exist). I will do like-wise.Quote from contra:

As you probably know, there is a thread entitled "Why TA doesn't work for you". Of course if someone knew why it doesn't work for them, then perhaps they could make it work.
Meanwhile a person who imagines himself some sort of guru says it can never work. Then the argument continues for over 200 pages and goes nowhere.
So I started this thread, hoping that traders who had successful strategies might post their results here. Meanwhile, I will continue to post my results and if my indicators stop working, everyone who reads this thread will know about it and I will quit trading that strategy and start looking for another one.
I've been trading since 1992 and used several strategies that worked for awhile or either quit working or I found a better one.
If other traders would co-operate and post here then the value of a thread like this is knowing that if you keep looking for TA strategies that work then there is a good possibility that you will find them.

first off I wasn't laughing at you directly in the first place, but you took offense like a little b*tch, not surprising considering the way you trade.
secondly, I have plenty of time to trade and run a journal because I don't trade like a moron hopping in and out with 3-10 pip stops.
third, I did post my chart entry and exit on that trade.
and finally, there is no way you're holding onto any of those gains by the way you trade. Keep it up and show profit for more then 2 weeks starting from now, my bet is it won't happen.

Did this trade happen back in June of 1998 or what's the deal? I can't find your chart on here to save my life and i'm sick of reading your posts.
BTW: I saw you got my post removed. That's unfortunate. Probably the best contribution to your thread yet.
