TA service -- yahoo/google finance

Guys,

On one of the news headlines of either yahoo or google finance, there was a "news story" from a company that specifically noted when equitiy stocks made notable TA movements. If I recall correctly, this was one of the main focuses of the company. Anyone know the name of this company? I didn't bookmark it.
 
Why not simply use a technical screener that covers the U.S. market? There are multiple daily screeners available.

Or are you looking for intraday?
