TA indicates time to sell

Attached is the s&p 500 chart.
50 sma recently crossed below the 200 sma.
Looks like 50 sma has been acting as resistance.
MACD also recently indicated a sell.
Also, going down on increasing volume, lately.

stockcharts.com shows increasing volume the last few days ($SPX daily chart). maybe you're looking at ES volume?
