Nope, just compare their standard OBOS lines (click on img to enlarge it): there are big differences, Williams %R is IMO more accurate.

Btw, I now know why the indicators are not working that good with stocks compared to indexes:
B/c of the big swings mostly happen after quarterly Earning Report releases, as such rapid changes just disturb the statistics the indicators use...
The index does not have such an ER event.
