You know, I have heard it said that losers get the maddest when trying to prove how right they are.
I saw all that stuff, doesn't mean you took the trades or entered when your little stuff said enter.
Are you related to mrmarket?
This really is a waste of time for both of us.

is it worth it?
I understand your "calling"......but your writing skills need to be improved to capture the attention of the other traders here.
I am not saying that I am a skilled writer or better than you. But I am still subscribed to this thread to try and understand a definanable approach that the T-Rex Method implores. The closest study that I have found to your Vix methods is the Laurence A. Connors writings.
Unless you become a more explicit writer about your methods you will be open to ridicule. Also, I have noted that humbleness as a trait of many successfull traders. And at the risk of being rude...I cannot seem to read in between the lines this trait in you. This can be develped through experience or you will blow out. Perhaps in your zeal to be excepted and in "selling yourself" to increase readership, you have overlooked this important trait. Don't worry other will flock to you in time, if that is what you want. You have your whole life ahead of you, don't rush it.
You must realize to help others and that "calling", requires a great deal of responsibility. I personnally have not started a journal for this reason. I would not be comfortable sharing a discretionary style of trading such as yours unless I would be willing to discuss it "not defend it" with other experienced traders.
I persononally am unable to benefit from your "forecast" as I am a learning to be a position/swing ES/NQ/YM/Commodities trader.

I'm feeling really stressed out right now. I apologize. I should not have blown up the way I did. I'm sorry.
From now on I have nothing to say or contribute. I will just post my FORECAST and that is all. If anyone can gain something from it than great. If not then thats o.k. too. I thought that I was actually being encouraging to many who have never been able to be profitable in the market. I just wanted to show them that it could be done and done so successfully. I guess no one really cares and I've been wasting my time.
Or perhaps I should discontinue to post at all and just trade in silence & obscurity and retire wealthy and happy with my wife and kids. I guess this just proves that you can't help everybody especially those that don't really want to be helped but rather just want to complain and distract others from doing what they themselves cannot achieve.
Or maybe I'm just tired and I'm not making any sense. Im going to bed.

Your set ups resemble parts of my methodology
the vix was beautiful thing to see today
dropped almost 2 points from the high.
could have been more but I was out and finished by 3 p.m.
I'm still long a couple though.
today was a c.i.t day__ next one is Friday.
today was such a gift
price should make new highs by then
it will be a very choppy volatile week__as usual
