Isn't it fair to wait for all the votes counted? Fair to the voters I mean. Imagine you live in a state and vote where polls close last, why would you want to make people feel their votes don't count anymore. Trump won and I think Clinton and the Democrats will concede defeat and congratulate Trump when the votes are counted. I do not see the issue.
Hillary is a bad loser.
The issue is Clinton already send her supporters home, she knows Trump won. During the last debate she virtually exploded when Trump wouldn't say he was going to concede. Now she doesn't. That's hypocrite. And so are you, defending her.
Hold on, don't you think you are comparing apples and oranges here. One is leaving open whether to accept election results, the other simply waiting till the next morning (it is 2am ET right now). It appears at least to me that those are very different issues.
Once again, by sending her supporters home, she shows she knows it's over. Also rather insulting to her supporters not to thank them in person. But they were nothing more than useful idiots to her anyway.

She should be respecting the Democratic process.
