Perhaps Mr. Brown himself with his sophisticated trading models could tell us what the statistical chances are that two people with the same first and last name could also both be traders, trading in the same way, and yet be two completely different people.

I also have to wonder what percentage of the population wouldn't want to address the question of "is this you" when the implication is that the info gathered on this mysterious person would put them in a bad light. I would imagine almost everyone would at the very least say "that's not me".

Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't bet money on our Mark Brown being the same as the guy in the article. But its a logical inference, and the fact it wasn't addressed doesn't help his cause.
