Let's say I see a bad guy stealing a woman's purse and I say, "Stop you fucking thief!" Would one characterize that as "insulting" or rather as exposing the facts?

TRO is in good company. I suspect the elderly Iraqi woman in this video felt "insulted" when the facts were exposed:

thers nothing like 50 bmg for stress relief.......
it looked like they were gonna ban them here in n.y. so I sold mine.....I miss it.
still got plenty of toys but like I said.....nothin like it.
