I was googling the mossberg marine, for a fine example of the synthetic application.
Found this, jeepers..........a drum, on a scattergun? Not that theres anything wrong with that...........to fight the upcoming what.......plague of quail, or bird flu carrying ducks???

The steyr range has always been a fav,
for some reason i like the idea of a full length stock for forest carbines, not something you see a lot now.

Here's something out of the box, the "shorty".
Available in full customised wood, through to the "hunter", stainless steel & synthetic stock-a "budget" variant, but not if you go for the serious version-competitive accuracy, for sure.
Dont ask me, check it out yourself .

I think this rifle, a bullpup configuration, with a sniper length barrel, all in a package probably shorter than your leg, strikes at the very heart of hunter's and sporting shooter's expectation's.
The military has proven these designs in the field, but the sporting hunter is stuck back in the 1920's, just with better cartridges.


Do you get one in synthetic-or wood? Gosh, its so unorthodox, should i stray from my mauser, should i not get that rem. 700. model, in 338 mag.........

I cant beleive it-went to the thompson centrefire site, hoping for a classic design in fine wood.
I knew some of their range had gone plastic, but what the hell is this??
