Synchronizing PC system clock with exchange time

Since IB seems to be getting its time from the PC's system clock, , i need to have my system clock perfectly synchronized at all times with the "NASDAQ exchange time"...

whats the best way to do this?
 
Your software may have a "synchronize PC with data" function, so check for it.

Otherwise, you can Google the topic and find various free services whose source is the official atomic clock in Ft. Collins, CO.

I don't believe they "synchronize your PC clock all day", but rather check and reset your PC from 1-6 times in 24 hours.
