SYNA short? AAPL has new trackpad patent

So as near as I can figure out, things are getting hairy at SYNA. (Yes I am short, but this is why I am short. Make of it what you will.)

(1) AAPL has some new trackpad patents that have been announced simultaneously with SYNA's "catchup" announcement.

(2) Insiders are selling constantly, last one today, the guy is Sr VP, CFO, CAO and Secretary.

(3) Those of you have been following SYNA will know that it already got destroyed once in the past by AAPL's dropping it.
