Symbol Lists

Hello,

does somebody know (or have)
a member stock list of a broad US index,
e.g. the Russell3000 (another index would do fine, it just should have many stocks), in Text or Excel format, where the symbols can easily be exctracted ?

It just should be a bit up-to-date,
i.e. AOL should not be in it...

Russell.com is old and they have only PDF stuff.

I just made up an excell list of Russell 2000 off that pdf file on the Russell site,editing out the company names of 2000 symbols sucked big time.
Its just symbols,if u want it pm me your email address
