Has anyone achieved this sort of lifestyle with swing trading? This is my fantasy: to swing trade part time successfully and have time to pursue other activities as well.

Of course, this guys' success is based on a four hour work week. Well, actually, I love swing trading and would always want to spend more than four hours/week on it. But the principal is still the same: I believe that time mgt can prune down almost any job to be significantly less than 40 hours/week to be successful.

I can attest that streamlining makes you a better person, trader and more profitable.


I did something very similar about two years ago and haven't looked back since.
 
The "no news/newspapers" would be tough for me: I'm an information junkie. Well, I've got a baby at home, so I only have so much time for it. But still: I love reading almost anything...

Sorry about that.

It is just a schedule of about 18 stocks to trade this week by using four streams of capital.

There are three batters for each stream, mimimum and three pinch hitters at the bottom.

The streams went off as planned in the first hour and they will be 3 days holds probably.

Swing trading is not time consuming and sorting twice a week is not much work.

The stocks just mosey along on their own and you are free to do what you want.

This list will be updated weds evening. I'll use a sharpie.
