This Journal will document swing trades using the stocks in the ARK portfolios.

General Info:

Total Deployable Assets are divided into 8 allocations. E.g. 10K is 1,250 per allocation.
Trade entries are somewhere between 2x allocations and 1/3 allocation.
Scaling-in will be used.
All Long positions. No Options discussed.
Overall goal is to work the funds and keep them moving. Thus, trades will be days to weeks and not months.
Entries and Exits will be posted after the fact.
Targets will be called AFTER entry and when there is sufficient data to call one.
No Stops. Risk management is by allocation management.
Journal will end 6/24.
The reader can back engineer which stocks, and how and why entries, exits are selected or not. I don't have time to help beyond posting entries-exits.
Don't confuse intelligence with Up trending markets!
If the thread gets polluted with no value BS. It will be shut down with prejudice.

HOOD: 1/3 allocation at 8.87 on 11/30.
TOST: 1/3 allocation at 14.90 on 11/30.

Both HOOD & TOST are dying.
Perhaps a white knight might rescue them.


Both were very tradable about a year ago.

Note on Hood: Closed up because it has momentum and wants to go to 12.50 and test the downtrend top range of the dead cat bounce.

Over bought now and has a higher chance of a pull back before it tests. Note the 3x normal daily volume.

Depending on the action on the pullback, it could be a good time to buy for another trade. That being said, it might be a MA target right now too, but the action is being hidden-driven by momentum and bulls. Sold today because it was "a good alpha profit and certainty", both of which are personal favorites.

Note on Tost: Held range. Choices are a) if it breaks and recovers buy more, sell some at top of range and hold some for BO. b) goes back to top of range and sell on an overshoot for sure, or just sell at test and move on.

Note on TDoc: Targeting entry around 18.

As for Max...: This is about trading not investing. Mixing the two premises is folly. Please refrain from offering fundamentals (investment) opinions in this trading thread.
