I am posting a new chart with annotations that I hope answers your question. When I say wave, I don't mean Elliot.

Todays candle on the SPY could be classified as a high volume reversal.

good job closing that QLGC short on friday. If it closes above 40 today it could make quite a bull run.

Also, check out EMC , could be an upside breakout.
