I don't know what you are holding but the tech market is just terrible and can't get off the floor yet. Healthcare, the last sector in an uptrend got sold off hard the lst few days. There are no sectors in bull mode now.

I'm in biotechs and regional banks. The bio's are probably going to hurt.

Are off almost 20% from recent highs.

Got in LONG at 11.3 (yes, LONG). Popped to 12, got out with the 6% in a matter of minutes. Rebought LONG at 11.7. I typically dont "play" like this, but couldnt help it. I put a stop loss in at 11.1 with a hope of a continued bounce tommorrow (as we are seeing lated day)..............

Holding it LONG..............(but fearful).........
