Market commentary:
Good day!
We had yesterday interesting day with intraday action. The market opened with the strong gap up above previous day high and that brought us to the bear trap possibility. CSCO strong gap in the morning helped NASDAQ with gap up. But unfortunately, after strong morning situation in the market didnât hold as we want for the move up. Consolidation wasnât nice, INDU start with weakness, most sectors didnât hold well and the market started with strong move down to the Wednesday low. Most of the time strong gap like we saw in the morning will hold longer, but that wasnât situation yesterday. OK, that was whippy intraday action. Take a look on the daily chart. We donât have any bigger reaction. Still in the mixed support and resistance areas, so I will stay in the line what I told several time here. Use caution and trade small. My bias is down for tomorrow and next days, but easily can see the same choppy action on the daily charts.

IMPORTANT: Take only the opportunities that you really like and understand. Always enter a trade with a trading plan. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me. There is a much greater chance of success in your trading if you understand the trade. That is very important. Taking just a few trades is enough to be a successful trader. Overtrading is probably the number one reason new traders fail. I personally mostly take swing trades. Please remember to keep that in mind.
