swing and position trading

After 5 years of day trading, I´d like to change for swing trading ( position for a few 2-3 days ) as I cannot spend all the day at my pc anymore (new job).
I know that I have to change many of my parameters and my strategy (breakout).
So, my question: is here any trader holding positions for 1 - 3 days and which strategy is most suitable for swing trading??
Where could I get GOOD information about swing trading strategies?

(1) Look for breakouts of bull-(bear)flags in rising-(falling) markets as an entry technique. (2) Be cognizant of seasonal and time-cycle factors. (3) From a Market Profile perspective, be aware of markets that had "initiating range extension" during the day. They tend to have some follow-thru the next day.
