Does anyone know what happened to Swifttrader their website appears to be down?

I notice the FSA here in the UK fined them

Did a new prop shop start for traders trading for rebates?

I am interested as I want to scalp nasdaq stocks on tight tight commission so would like to know what happaned good or bad?

Are there payouts better then what they were?
