Swift and Title 'Loss' Rules

Hi All,

I'm hoping that someone who either works at Swift or Title can help me with this question.

If a trader incurs a loss and then leaves the firm (by choice or after being asked to by the firm), are they responsible for paying back the firm these losses?

I have read mixed responses on this as some indicate that you are responsible but others indicate that you are not.
