Not much to know, just be ready to compete with MIT types. Actually, thats not fully true for all traders. Market makers dont really need to be super educated.

anybody? I know one part is math probability test.
you are reinventing the wheel there is tons of material on this also look at wilmott.com search thru the threads you'll find it.
were you asked to interview? in pa? good luck if so. from what i hear they're tough on the math but you can get by / they talk a lot about poker too one of their founders won like $400k at the WSOP for 7-card-stud.
