Survey: Book Cover

I have a new title coming and I have lots of help from all sorts of nice people in terms of designing cover and giving me critique. I need to do this survey so I can get some ideas what traders or neophytes would buy off the shelves (or Amazon).

Steak one looks cheesy and homemade cover and no one will look at it. If you want to know what works, go to Wiley.com and just look at their business section books. Simple straightforward covers without the infomercial titles.

The first one looks better, however you might want to consider changing some of the fonts. With all of your 3 headings in the same font the cover gives off a cheap feel. At the very least change the font of your name.
