And sentencing has definitely not been carried out since that is scheduled for October and it most definitely is not October yet. Also the attorneys get to petition the court to delay sentencing until the appeals process has been completed so sentencing may or may not even occur in October or sentencing could be handed down but not implemented until appeals are completed.

I don't see why Trump is allowing his DOJ to put an 85 year old hero who provided crucial credibility for Trump through this. If we had a congress with any spine, they would impeach this judge. Trump should fire the DOJ attorneys who pushed this case. Let them appeal their firings. That'll take years. It's how you go about draining the swamp.
