If you were really so humble, just thinking about risk management once you have a strategy will keep you going for years if you find it puts gold in your house.
PD is news event based trading, and can't be anything else.
Some of the issues with your calls are particularly some of the ridiculous levels that your system suggests may be possible in the near future, and most of those calls have never played out even if your trades have been profitable this year but there were problems last year.
(I'm from Kentucky, by the way).
Surf keeps making the point he is going to teach us TA people something.
So far I haven't learned anything, other than Surf has a journal going making calls which is about trumpeting his ego and possibly an attempt to gain browny points with his hedge fund clients.
As well, a venue for constant T/A bashing.
To me this is turning into another time wasting exercise, might be time to throw the ignore switch on again.

I've always assumed this was the case. So nothing lost on my end. Just here for the entertainment value.
Surf has created a new set of numbers that will also be random since news events, "buying pressure" and "selling pressure" are random and unpredictable.
Now he is required to interpret the new set of numbers on a -10 to 10 scale.
Surf is now performing TA on this new set of random numbers instead of the actual market.
To make things worse, he mixes in some discretionary trading as well.
That isn't very smart.

Thanks everyone for following along with the Price Drivers this year. After posting an incredible 100% win rate since January 1st., the Price Drivers System is currently in negotiations with an outside group. Unfortunately, I am no longer permitted to post PD calls or even talk about the system in this forum. thanks again for everyone support!
