Since you mentioned the turtle guy - do you think the "turtle system" was based on a fatally flawed premise too? Or did trend following work once but not anymore? Just wondering.

It works for some traders some of the time-- just like any other buy and hold strategy. surviorship bias and the ability for the large trend funds to run multiple programs, shutting down the ones that are not profitable, and hyping the profitable ones account for their success. Not to mention having access to billions upon billions of $ thanks to the marketing (unpaid directly ) efforts of the trendvangelists.@C

The bullish Price Driver reading is just off the charts right now (metaphorically speaking, of course

) in the YM dec contract. Setting up the trading channel at 13057 to 12993--- going long on a break above, short below-- However, i am very confident for a solid up day tomorrow Monday and expect to be fully long when the upper line breaks.... surf

Why do you need an opinion one way or another? You are set up to get long or short if either price is breached according to your rules. However you "feel" is irrelevant and counterproductive frankly.
