Yeah I dunno, Surfy...sailing out into the Caribbean with a (possible) hurricane bearing down may not be the smartest thing you've ever done. Hope that you are going with a real company that has some experienced sailors, and not just some goofy hedge buds you know...

Yeah, no doubt. thanks. Got a life jacket and waterproof satellite phone/ rescue beacon -- should be ok-- but trip may be postponed for awhile. Looking out at the ocean, its nasty out there! surf

is it normal for price driver method to be this wrong for this long about a position? (eg jcp)

have you thought about opportunity cost of tied up money in losing positions? could be a problem.

lol, i've been boating for years..any seasoned sailor would laugh if asked to go out in those circumstances. if i had a nickle for each time i told my crews "no" about going out and then i turned out being correct...i could retire!!

a sat phone and multiple flotation devices are required and nice (sat phone) in blue water trips but see how well you do in the water waiting for help..

Down about $3 on the JCP short. Things are unfolding slower than forecast but nothing has changed with th macro picture on the company. Continuing to hold. surf
