Dude what an epic read. Just found this thread, and was mesmerized by the JCP short. I had the 6 month chart while reading it. You gave a date of 11/1 back in Sep. Looking at the chart, the bottom was like 11/10 or so. Excellent call in the face of mounting attacks. There was a pack of attack dogs on you. I will remember this one. Stick to what you know is right, keep calm, and go sailing. Epic.

Thanks, brother. :)

Dude, cut the crap. Everyone here knows you are a closet chart watcher.

LOL..."illustration purposes only"

That's a massive volume spike! But, I don't see any "chart signals" that preceded my entry at the time ( based on price drivers) . Charts are illustrative only

Huh? I thought his JCP short was an epic fail in risk management. Huge loss no?

Previous poster was being facetious? :D

Good catch, the alias Mr.You seems to pop up and disparage everyone-- this persons adds zero value and should be ignored.

Ok, I think its blantantly obvious now that we're all just wasting our time responding to marketsurfer aka marketgambler. You've got zero credibility buddy.

OK exactly what page of this thread shows the details of what happened to the JCP story? Too many pages. I assumed you followed through with your plan of 11/1......what happened then?

On 8/10 (page 2) he called JCP SHORT@23.55 and 23.60

On 9/18 (page 9) he finally set a stop @ 31.

On 9/19 (page 10) NoDoji gives a good explanation of why this was obviously a bad trade to begin with.

He was apparently going by "news chatter" and possibly some Level 2 data on why he made this trade. He took on huge risk thinking it would eventually fall, but he was in way too early and out way too late.

If you want to learn how NOT to trade, look at how someone handles their losers.

Someone using TA could have ridden this stock high and ridden it back down.
