That "next Tuesday" was yesterday. I guess some absolutes are relative, eh? Please don't misunderstand me here. I think you should hold at least part of a winning trade. It is your various BS proclamations that I find...indigestible.
your failure to properly and completely read causes foot in mouth once again, thunderfog. the stop idea was scrapped and documented on this thread. flexibility is the key in these markets.

Absolute is absolute. Except when it isn't, eh? How sporting of you to lace your posts with both absolutes and overriding flexibility. Perhaps that is one of your mysterious "man of science" quirks. Enjoy your moment. Although I don't think your trade was a good one, there is no denying that it is very profitable. Well, I'll try not to rain on your pretension and giddiness parade.
... see, the thing is Surf, we just can't figure out HOW you do it, most traders reading this thread think you just "happened to be lucky enough to call a top in the Dow, that resulted in a 300-400 pt drop from where you scaled into it". (I knew 11000 was/(is) possible, I just didn't know how to get there).
I mean not only did you leg into it, wait out the tough times - with much criticism I might add - but then when you had a nice profit you said" nah, I think there's more to come ..."
I don't think that's luck.

P.S. ... and BTW, I've been looking over quite a few more of Prof Logic's posts, and while his system definitely doesn't call tops, it certainly looks like very respectable results can be gained by trading it (as part of a system).
So aside from whatever the past history, or whatever "beef" there is out there, I respectfully retract what I wrote about him in an earlier post. I've been through the learn at your own expense phase, the pay others to learn phase, and now I'm learning from interacting with other (sometimes better, sometimes not) traders here at ET, and I'm learning a lot! $$$
complete meltdown. holding eur/usd shorts and DJIA shorts at this time. only JNJ and HPQ above water in DJIA.

OK, decision made to close the YM shorts in total here @ 11252, 54, 56. OUT AND FLAT HERE. holding eur/usd short still.

leaving for beach condo down south. keeping short eur/usd on here, will monitor from road. see everyone later !!
