Yup, TA vs non TA, long term, medium term, short term etc etc. Lots of ways to view and trade the markets. And like you said, nothing wrong with any of it.

Ok, everyone has different ideas. nothing wrong with this and its actually the very essence of the market.

Interesting, thanks for the input. I was expecting a much larger rout than what occured in August--- however, i didn't account enough (( weigh heavily enough) for the massive power of the Fed in the markets. This time it really will be different, and all the selling has already occured. The Fed has tipped its hand-- they WILL NOT disturb the markets again in anyway but positively untill 2014-- therefore its up up and away-- to the moon ALICE!

These are your price drivers?

You should have someone read to you. Specifically the minutes from the last Fed meeting.

How did you refeed your account after taking an 60% loss in the last YM trade? Are you suggesting that you're positive PNL on the year?

It's one aspect of the Price Drivers-- are you suggesting that our interpretation of the minutes is wrong? I have access to plenty of capital, not sure what you mean-----we will wait untill the end of the year to see if positive or not-- I am not suggesting anything.

What's your PNL % to date (2013)? Fed members were unanimous in support of tapering in 2013.

Sorry, that's personal info. You need to "read between the lines" to correctly interpret what is likely to occur with the Fed-- not to mention how what occurs will affect the markets.

Do you have a market call from now until the end of the year? I am very bullish.

As soon as he sells that dinosaur phone he was hawking at highly exaggerated prices last week I know he should be in the hole on the phone about $2000.00:p

Perhaps you could post the spreadsheet you keep that documents all the trades taken this year, entries/exits/stops etc? Not your P&L of course, but just the doc that all traders essentially keep.

You don't need any Doc. just read all his posts and you will see that his highness is making Gazillions!

That's not the purpose of my journal. I post real time calls on the markets. If you are interested you will follow, if not, you will not. I could care less, but I have nothing to prove to anonymous posters. If you think I am a paper trader, or you think I am for real-- I don't care. If you think I consistently lose money, that's ok also. If you follow along with the calls, you KNOW my success or lack of such. The record is there since 2002.

Yes, you post real time calls but you also claim to be profitable on them (not sure if that's accurate). When you bring profits and losses into the equation, then you must disclose a way for the readers to verify the validity of your statement.

I'm only looking out for the NOOBS, Surf. You know, the ones you try and protect from the evils of TA. Just trying to keep you honest, nothing more. :D

P.S Not sure why you can't just post a simple spreadsheet, clearly you must keep one?
