Not at all. Almost all of my trades have positive R:R, some shoot way far ITM while stop-loss is always tight.

Cutting risk side only is what I've seen most successful traders I knew do. Not the oher way around.
 
Surf, you don't think options market makers practice patience do you now. Their quotes are always changing faster than most video games ... they are making money (as you admitted yourself) ... and delta-hedges happen within seconds ...

Just heard mentioned that Goldman is closing out their gold short. Not sure if this has an meaning for you Surf, but thought I'd pass it on.
