I don't directly monetize it, but yes since 2002-- it has led to ajob with E-trade media, multiple writing gigs, a hedge fund trading job, a job trading for a pick em option arb firm, business development position for several hedge funds ( raising capital in the mid 8 figures from indirect contacts on this site) , meeting all kinds of cool people and making multiple close friends from all around the world not to mention meeting and marrying my beautiful finance PhD wife and our new soon to be born baby girl---- all directly by products of my posts on this site. So, yeah, the site has been good to me. I believe when you put out positive vibes, good things come back to you. I think my experience proves it.

It's not silly-- I am sorry you feel that way. In all my time here, I have never seen such power abuse and am shocked a blind eye is turned toward it and the bully cop is allowed to keep his badge--- I can't continue to support a site where I see such things--- I liked it here because of the ultra fairness, even when i had issues here, i was treated fairly. Now, this person does not deserve mod status and has proven it again and again, yet he keeps the badge--- sorry, I don't play on that kind of playground regardless of the gold i found there in the past..

This entire thread is plain stupid. I am not much impressed with most of the comments, and what they reveal from the people behind the keyboards.
Surf, I hope you realize calling one trade once in a while is pointless. Even the best odds setup can turn into a loss. The business of trading is all about probabilities and statistics, and it take hundred(s) of trades to demonstrate an edge. I am keen on monitoring your PD calls if you make enough of them. And I am of the opinion that any single trade outcome is meaningless - aside from your immediate account balance.
I would certainly be interested also in reading about your backtesting results of PD, and having an idea of your trading plan, at least the plan for each trade called.
That being said, there is a bunch of idiots who can't understand that, may be, their way is not the only way, and that other ways might be just as successful as theirs - and possibly more.
This ongoing question about stop, for example. This is just forgetting that a stop is TOOL to achieve one goal, but there might be other ways. A better question, IMO, would be "what is your exit strategy - on the + and - side".
