Why do people even short it? It's basically DESIGNED to go up. Shorting seems like trying to pick up pennies on the railway track. Whatever. I'm long. Currently holding Nasdaq100 and Dax longs from about here. Waiting for a nice profit to close

Most day traders get long AND short signals during a given day...even on trend days. We learn to just take our signals and not worry about analyzing markets during the trading day. The time to do that is when designing and testing strategies and during off hours. No one knows what is going to happen next.

A case in point this was an excellent first cross short on the NQ.

Just a hunch, "him" may be a her, maybe even Surf's wife.

I would not be surprised to see the Dow at 30,000 within 2 or 3 years. No prediction just an opinion.

maybe going to 750ish tomorrow. Shorted at 20892, stop 100 points...the slide in the dollar might be rattling some people.

I have a healthy portion of paranoia, but I should increase it a bit as I missed this one.
